His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mr. Mohamed Younes El-Menfi, on the occasion of the Independence Day of his country.
In this message, the Sovereign expresses His warmest congratulations to El-Menfi and His sincere wishes of progress and prosperity to the Libyan people, in security, unity and stability.
HM the King takes this opportunity to voice to the President of the Libyan Presidential Council His consideration for the privileged relations, fraternity and solidarity, uniting the two peoples and the two countries, reiterating the constant will of the Kingdom of Morocco to strengthen these ties and to raise the bilateral cooperation in various fields.
