AFRIMA The Teranga Edition will be held from January 12 to 15, 2023, in Dakar, Senega

The multi-award winning, panAfrican and bilingual TV network ‘VoxAfrica,’ has announced its partnership with the 8th AFRIMA awards event, to provide on-air visibility, via its’ 3-channel network across Europe and Francophone Africa.

VoxAfrica will broadcast highlights of the 8th AFRIMA event in English and French on its’ channels, and provide on-air and online updates prior to, during and after the event, on its platforms, including and its official social media pages.

The annual All-Africa Music Awards was established by the International Committee AFRIMA, in collaboration with the African Union to reward and celebrate musical works, talents and creativity around the African continent, while promoting the African cultural heritage.

The event is scheduled to commence on Thursday January 12, 2023, with a courtesy visit to the President of the Host Country, a host city tour, school visit and gift presentation (as part of AFRIMA’s CSR), and a welcome soiree to be held on the same day.

The 4-day event will continue Friday January 13, 2023, with the African Music Business Summit and the AFRIMA Urban Music Fest; while the main rehearsals and nominees exclusive party will be held on Saturday January 14, 2023. The event will climax on Sunday January 15, 2023, with the live awards ceremony.
