VOXAFRICA NOMINATED FOR FAVOURITE BLACK BROADCASTER | 13TH SCREEN NATION AWARDS
VOXAFRICA has been nominated for a Screen Nation Film and Television Award in the category: FAVOURITE BLACK BROADCASTER
Taking place on Sunday 18th Feb and set to be streamed on YouTube Live and Facebook Live, the 13th annual Screen Nation Awards ceremony will be held in the impressive Ballroom of the new million pound refurbished ILEC Banqueting Centre, very close to Premier League Champions Chelsea Football Club. The dazzling show will be hosted for the first time by SIMON FREDERICK, the gifted creative photographer artist and director, now TV personality who has made history in recent times with the National Portrait Gallery. Joining him will be KELECHI OKAFOR, the sensational fun-loving queen of twerk fitness and social media personality who definitely knows how to work the red carpet and bring the heat!

This year’s ceremony will pay homage to the recently deceased hugely respected veteran actor LARRINGTON WALKER honoured as recipient of the Legacy Award, with a very special and first set of #AfroSupaHero awards, (named after top graphic designer Jon Daniel’s famous motif, who also sadly passed last year) being presented to innovative cultural historian and founder of Black History Walks, TONY WARNER and also to the cast and crew of Marvel Comic’s BLACK PANTHER movie, released two days before the award ceremony.
