New Men’s Talk Show UNFILTERED Is Guaranteed To Get Tongues Wagging
UNFILTERED is a one-hour men’s talk show, set to air weekly from May 2022. The show focuses on a panel of five everyday African men in their 20’s and 30’s, who discuss their unfiltered perspective on life, relationships, health issues, religion, current affairs and more.
This unscripted talk show will allow the bold outspoken hosts a platform to unapologetically say what men are thinking. Their frankness and honesty combined with their unique perspectives will be brought to life through candid conversations
The UNFILTERED TV show creator, Immaculate Okorie, who is also known for productions such as women’s talk show Ladies Lounge and weekly entertainment show; The Buzz, shared her inspiration behind the new men’s talk show
“The idea for unfiltered was born out of my curiosity for what men really think. On most social issues we do not always get to hear the men’s side of things especially African men. I wanted to create a space where everyday, relatable young African men such as our hosts could share their real-life experiences and give an unedited, unfiltered view on issues, from an African male perspective”
The first six episodes of UNFILTERED will cover the topics of Rape, tolerance / acceptance of the LGBTQ community in Africa, Relationships, The Bro code, Police brutality, and the HIV stigma in Africa.
Buckle up as your hosts Chigozie Burna, James Banji, Stephen Okorie, Dadeola Sogbetun and Britto Victor, take centre stage to share real opinions and divulge secrets
This is promised to be a show that will get tongues wagging.
UNFILTERED is set to air on VoxAfrica TV from Tuesday May 17th at 9.30pm. New episodes will air weekly on Tuesdays at 9.30pm, with reruns on Wednesdays at 11pm, Fridays and Mondays at 10.30pm
